Reviews
Great health tracking! Would love to see correlation analysis with mood/energy levels to show the impact of sunlight.
Sunshinepal transformed my vitamin D deficiency! I work indoors all day and had low energy. My doctor said I needed more sunlight but I had no idea how much I was actually getting. Sunshinepal tracks it automatically using my Apple Watch sensors. I was averaging only 12 minutes daily (way below the 30-minute recommendation). Set a goal for 45 minutes and the app reminds me to go outside. After 6 weeks hitting my goal daily, my energy improved noticeably. The HealthKit integration means it's all passive - just wear the watch. This is health tracking done right! ☀️
Solid sunlight tracking app. The automatic detection using Apple Watch ambient sensors is convenient and accurate.
Useful health app. The passive sunlight tracking via Apple Watch makes monitoring daily outdoor exposure effortless.
Clean app interface! The daily sunlight meter, weekly trends, and goal progress are all clearly displayed. The watch integration is seamless.
Perfect for wellness tracking! The automatic sunlight monitoring helps me be intentional about outdoor time. I have seasonal affective disorder and tracking daylight exposure helps me manage symptoms. The reminder notifications to get sunlight are perfectly timed. Used it through winter and felt better than previous years! ✨
The tracking works well but occasionally logs indoor bright light as sunlight (near windows). Mostly accurate though.
